Sobre la posición

Reporting to Adevinta Spain CISO & IT Governance Manager, the Privacy Analyst specialist role will join our Security Team. The mission of this team is to advise and monitor about the Privacy of the sites and assets belonging to Adevinta Spain. 

¿What will be your role and responsibilities?

  • Be close to key users of each site to identify new initiatives or changes that can impact privacy and perform Data Privacy Assessments.

  • Guide our stakeholders in all the questions and doubts related to privacy.

  • Enforce and guide teams to develop products based on Privacy by design.

  • Develop and maintain guidelines for ensuring GDPR compliance in any environment or system.

  • Be responsible for privacy awareness: communications, specific workshops, periodic pills,...

  • Assure that our privacy management system (Onetrust) is updated: all the processing activities are registered, our evaluations (DPIA) are fulfilled and the providers are included in it.

  • Analyze our current privacy framework and its effectiveness (managing risks, technical controls, policies, and processes) in managing internal audits.

  • Participation in the preparation of responses to GDPR claims.

  • Guide the Customer Service Team in the processing of data subjects rights requests.

  • Understand Risks to personal data in technology environments and decision-making skills based on goals defined

  • Multitasking and prioritization

  • A relationship-builder with negotiation & influence capacity

  • Focus on continuous improvement

  • Good at oral and written communication

  • Capable to adapt the language to different teams

  • English is a must

 

Technical Experience

  • Proven track record (between 3-5 years) in a privacy related position, ideally on digital/technological companies or consulting companies which offer services to digital companies.

  • You have a privacy mindset, risk oriented; you understand the risks related to web and mobile applications, and you have knowledge of how to protect them.

  • You have enough technical understanding to communicate well with tech teams and to identify risks associated with technical controls.
